when the event start..?.... can i get socks when 20:00~24:00,0:30~5:00 or i should collect before that times?.....

every answer is acceptable

When it starts snowing, find the event mob and kill it.

Event Starts at the following times
22:00~24:00
00:30~05:00
Silkroad Standard Time

When you see snow falling, thats is when the event starts.
Event monster will appear randomly during the event.
Event monster can be easily spotted as they are different from normal mobs and they have a snowman icon above their head.
Kill event monster and you've a chance of getting a red sock drop.

Should you get any red sock, go and talk to So-ok and exchange for gifts.
