hello, i have a chinese char. and i have something called "cumulated buff" next to where all my buffs are located when buffs are activated. what does cumulated buff do??

Its something to do with the academy. I think it gives like 10% more exp? Not quite sure.

You gather those by hunting and you spend 10 points per time, you gather buff points and send it to your academy master if he/she/it is on, it gives you a 10% experience points bonus as thAi said.
