how do i plvl?

okay i have a chinese nuker lvl 69
and now i want to start a euro xbow/bard and i need 200k
to be fully farmed for lvl 80. i will keep a nine lvl gap
so right now he is lvl 7 with a lvl 7 gap
so do i fight monster at lvl 19 or 18?

No offense but, it never hurts to wonder how you're lvl 69 and you don't know how to powerlevel or what it is...

Some people dont really look into that stuff. Like I didnt know you could have skills until level 80.
