lvl 80!.. dammit :(

So, i got my rogue/warior to 80 last night, (thank you

) and found out that the pimped set i have cant be used for farming.. :banghead:

I was told that the set will appear red to me but that it will still work while i delvld my mastery.. well it didnt. Generals doing 4k dmg isnt working with a 15seconds pot delay. So now you will now DrunkiMunki being the only silkroad player who will never get fully farmed 80 before the capraise

Since i dont has the gold to pimp another set just for farming.
Reason why im typing out all this is that i am starting a warlock/bard char, and it's worthless i think. Its level 34 now and even when i pvp lvl 2x people, everything gets resisted. Are warlocks any good at higher levels? I thought to build an original char this time but i think it wont be as good as i thought

do a 5 gap on genrals or do a 7/9 gap on snipers

That's what happens when you plvl kids from 1 to 70~, you get clueless capped noobs -.-

Thats why you always farm 1.5mil+ sp before starting to lvl so you're safe.

cap raise wont be for a while.

buy decent 72 chest and 71 legs or w/e lvl 2nd tier is.

hes not farmed so he can lvl up his skills to wear a set of armor he gots.

thats just self owned, u should have farmed at ongs before plvling :wink:

the character DrunkiMunki was started the first day when euro came out so no one knew about PL @ ongs. I know this because i was partying with him the first day

Don't be sad about hitting 80 o.o You can still have fun jobbing and doing stuff that lower levels can't do. Just try to buy some generic armor, alchemize it, and get in a party, I guess.

About the Warlock, that's how a lot of people feel during the boring 3x levels. Use Vampire Touch first to give Disease. Only after that, start casting the other gazillion skills because without Disease status, they will resist at least one or two debuffs all the time and that could kill you, especially if Impotent doesn't work. With Disease on, all of the debuffs will land on the first try 95% of the time. If they are a strong opponent, it would be best to use Stun first to interrupt them, and then Vampire Touch. So the skill sequence would go like:
1) Stun/Vampire Touch
2) Stun/Vampire Touch
3) Combat Raze
4) Medical Raze
5) Wheel Bind
6) Decayed (Bleed)
7) Blaze/Toxin (No dull yet)
7.5) Sleep is optional as an attack interrupter
7.9) Shadow Armor for overkill

Nuke and Vampire Touch over and over again

Takes a bit more finger work than other classes, huh. :love:

But they are definitely not worthless.

lol you had it backwards... if you delevel but your masteries are at 80 you can continue to wear your armors/weaps. But if you are 80 and your masteries are at 71 why would you think you would be able to wear 72+ gear??
