Bargain specialties are sold for a limited time at field Trade Markets, such as Bandit Stronghold and Black Robber Den. You can check that time through in-game messages.

So that means the npc dudu in bandit stronghold sells stuff? :O i've never seen that b4. Is the message the one that says "special bargain goods are being sold right now" or something like that?

Yes. When it says that, if you have done the quest for that NPC, you can buy trade goods from him.

aight since i qui isro and am now playing private server(dont ban me ). can someone tell me price of the goods, % when u sell, and basically.. how much better are those speicalty stuff compared to the ones u buy in jang.

oh and to get the quest you have to talk to the npc there with your job suit on

I do believe that on the private server there is no bargain special priced goods or whatever seeing as it's like 70 skills, with 90 cap.
