It is just so hard to find a good Europe party. I seems that 80% of the european players don't even know what there build is supposed to do. I remember when they first put in the update I made a bard/cleric. Made more friends than my two chinese put together. At first it was really fun, there were a lot of noobs and we could come up with a good party with a tanker (who wouldn't let you die every other second), castor (plenty around), and buffer (obviously me). But it seems the longer the update was out the harder it is. After you finally beg someone to join your party they just stand in one place or put on trace. Eventually, I went back to my chinese cause it is a waste of time to die every second in stupid partys and if I want to grind solo there are better options.
I know this isn't really a new thing, but it is the reason why I made a europe in the first place. It is kinda sad how most will get powerlvled (nothing against pl) and either don't know how to use their char or get to a high level and complain about the pot delay.
I'm probably over dramatizing but it still urks me. :D

You're not overdramatizing it, I often see the case happen a lot specially in lower level euro parties. It gets better once you hit caves and beyond. You should try and form a permanent party with some of the more intellectual people in the parties and train together that way until your self sufficient for caves or general parties.

What's your IGN? I left Venus because the parties are horrible and Avalon Union is either PvPing or doing a "Bones" or "Generals" party.

Anywho, PM me Malicious. I'm Euro level 30. By the way what is your level?

I'll still be your friend Anjie :)
The problem lies in the botting situation (once again). They just bot their euro chars and they don't know how to party. Even if they do know how to party, they'll never find a good party to constantly party with for several reasons. The main reason being powerleveling.
Yes, powerleveling for gold annoys me very much.

You can try to join a newer server, here on Odin euro parties are decent even at low levels, i mean it is true that Warriors don't know how to use Vital Increase, Pain Quota or Taunting Target until you get to 5-6x but at least they don't trace you all the time. They jump on all the mobs and seeing how aggro their skills are it automatically draws the mob's attention to them.

That's so not true dude.
You just need to make circle of trust with your friend's list, and the 8men pts will go smoothly.

P.S. Fill your friend's list with tanks and clerics first (depends on your build), then go for wizzards etc.

Good luck!

You have to find real good friends that are similarly active. Helps if they don't bot so they don't leave you behind in lvls. Then you set times, and party with those people and teach them to be good party mates, not just expect them to know everything. Most have no clue. I know how hard it is to organize a euro share party if you don't have the required tank, cleric and wizard, and I am not even lying when I say I've seen 2 parties at Generals in Greece... and the 2nd party I saw was people I've partied from a mostly euro Guild. So many level 80's and most of them are amazed to see my party sweep generals without even needing a level 80 (having a lvl 80 wiz is a bonus though). I've trained every person I partied with, except for E0wen_Eyes(wiz) and Mouszechan(warrior), they had it down.

Design a build that allows you to solo. So even when you can't find a party, you can hunt.

Parties does get harder to find as you get higher level. But there is still some here and there. Making friends also helps.

Actually it's entirely true. Unless you are the ones who started when the server started, or the ones who have real close friends, that server isn't good at all. The botters diss the legits, but found it interesting that the legits are the ones who start the global fights.

It's hard as hell to find a party. The problem is that as you get higher...more people start botting.

It's always hard starting on an established server, but Astra has got the right mindset, make a circle of friends, possibly tanks and clerics or make a tank or cleric yourself and find the other. rogues and wizzes will follow you if you're good and friendly.

Astra came on knowing almost no one, now he's doing great almost in caves. It's all about your mindset dude. I came on Venus (late), with one friend, both of us are 7x now because we took the initiative as a tank and a cleric and forced parties to form and worked hard at making them better, now we're at generals and doing the same there.

Yes, but not all of us play 21/7 =\
Its hard to find friends when they all quit after level 20.

I get 10 in 1 hour, 13 in 2... Without gold or items from somewhere else. Doesn't really prove your point...

It's true though, at the begining of euro, I had a couple of friends that were my level, but a week later, they found it "too hard" or they didn't like their build and dropped out for whatever reason...Back then, everyone still had the chinese solo mindset though, so parties were hard to form, people didn't want them and didn't know what to do in them, so I had to solo to 64-70 before I did any real long term partying.

Evey euro on zeus wants plvl. I had a wiz, deleted it cause there were no parties or no one knows how parties work. I like party play, I try to party using my chinese too. Everyone thinks I am asking for plvl or that I am offering it. Cause if they don’t deny me thinking I want plvl, they accept and stop everything they are doing completely. I hate the ignorant bunch in sro. So I decided to make a bard/wiz and get the bitch plvled to 40-42.

Lol ... yeah and even if you find a party , there is no cleric ... I hate it :( ... so now when Hera openes (or is it opened yet? :D) ... I'm making cleric .. so there will never be problems with party :)
