Just like gunz online, there's a hacking prevention system that really works, but the other thing, that ijji made a tool that records the games, and if someone is hacking, we just record, send to ijji and they ban him instantly, now joymax can make the same thing with SRO, but they want bots in that game, WTF!!!

Dam i use to play gunz >.> Btw there system didn't really work you either use wall hack or god Mode and stay alive and the other team wouldn't be able to prove it. Anyways JoyMax i think if they wanted to they could ban bots permitly but they'd have to do it without jeperdising the game. But thats a whole other topic.

well first they need to completely wipe out the option for clientless bots so no gold bots then they need to get rid of all botting in game but not delete accounts that way no one will leave servers will be decent and jms will still be getting some money

Easiest way is to limit 1 Account per IP adress. SO people will not be able to multiclient unless they are using Proxies which is tuff work. This is wat they did on Starcraft when them noobs loaded the servers with bots, lolz. BUt gaymax will never do this becasue they support the bots. GG

exactly, it'd be so easy if the same ip could only have two accounts on a single time!!! Or hell even three! Damn >.<
But nooooo, every single ip can have 5 acc's and play how many acc's the want on same pc >.>

It was announced on joymax.com sometime last year.

Multiple computers connected on a network would have the same ip :/.

you will never stop cheaters in any game. there will always be cheaters. you can only show them down. no matter what anti hack there is they will make something that works around it..

In foreign countries, Internet Cafe have gaming machines that are better than at home. On top of that, Internet Connection at the cafe is faster than at home. The unspoiled children out there will pay to play just to get on Silkroad.

Banning one IP address will ban the entire Internet Cafe with one machine active; hence, a bad idea.

I have two great ideas:

1) Joymax create BOT program of their own.
a) Limitations
* Time per day
* Usage per client
* Conditions of usage
b) Pricing and Distribution
* Sold as Silk Item
* Available through Joymax
* Available through Joymax but sold only underground
c) Types of Bot program
* Gold
* Level
* Item - alchemy tablets, raw elements, and elixirs.

2) Joymax fires all upper management. Starting with BOSOORO!
a) Hire New Management Team
* New Marketing Team
* New Managers - marketing, finance, development team.
* CEO stays in company. (John is a nice guy)
b) Create a QA department
* New Game testers for patches
* New QA Engineer to catch old defects.
* Defect regression techniques to change game to become RC.
c) Anti-Bot awareness team
* Inclusion members in the development department
* Co-op BOT team with BOT program and lead engineers
* Buys all BOT programs and counter-hack the accounts

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE x 3 to see Method #2 happening.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Please write in bullet points starting with a verb and listed by numbers of PROs and CONs. Thanks.
