I haven't seen people trying to scam me for a long time but this guy really topped anything I've ever seen.

It all started with him asking to sell silk, asking how much I'll give him for 500 silk. I didn't believe him and he started getting all upset, yelling to shut up as I was apparently ruining his business (was going on in party chat, 8 men) :o

Offered him that I'll make a new account with a level 1 char and give him the ID/Pass, if he puts the silk in I'll pay him. He didn't trust me though (I would have paid, really :o).
Then he was claiming a friend of his can make free silk too, woohoo they got a whole chain running this scam

Anyways, how about a little "Lame Scammers" competition? I am sure there are quite a few to compete for the title on every server..

You cant add silk to an account with a level 1 character.
The minimum is level 10 to add silk.

Sometimes i got pm's by some ppl. like

Me: hi
Some: come here and drop ur weapon then pick it up and its +9
Me: Lol
Some: Do it i go away.
Me: You think im noob?
Some: Yes.

I always do this way:

Scammer: hi
Me: howdy
Scammer: do you want a +7 on your weapon?
Me: (pretending to be noob) oh yeah, i want that
Scammer: i can help you,but you you must drop your weapon on the gound...
Me: why? (pretend like you really interested in this process of makin +7)
Scammer: its glitch, i maded alot of +7 that way
Me: Cool

Items share PT, you accept

Scammer: follow me
Me: Yay, ok
Scammer: ok,i'm gonna stand far away from you so you'll be sure i dont take ur weapon
Me: (now play with him)Yo uare too close...still too close. Ok, i think that enough.
Scammer: Well, drop your weapon
Me: I'm not really trust you
Scammer: do you want +7 or not?
Me: (dont lose him). YES, but give me 20k, then i trust you
Scammer: lol, 10 ok?
Me: ok

Scammer gives you gold

Me: thx
Scammer: drop your weapon now
Me: what weapon? o.0 anyway, see ya later
Scammer: hahahha noob



I like this method, i know, the amount of gold you receive from scammer isnt big, BUT, you scam the scammer, thats a pain for him

He doesnt trust you with gold but you must trust him with your account info? that just makes too much sense lmao.
