Have you ever played sro without textures? [56k warning]

What I did was, I switched off textures in my Ati driver, and this was the result:

And to show this is all real, I made a textured screenshot too!

The best part is, you can see what's under the ice of karakoram

For us hardware-challenged people, we have to idea how to turn off textures...

For us hardware-challenged people, we have to idea how to turn off textures...

I found this out a little while ago when trying to improve my graphics (anti aliasing, etc...)

i bet it would werk well for those who use multi clients to bot lol.. it just makes their PCs faster than the normal textures...

nope, it doesn't make you game faster, although if I put shadow details to detailed, the FPS drops a bit less than with textures
