Besides the event having proablems ( cause we are used to it )...this is unprecedented .
I never seen in my entire live something like this ! and i've play a lot of games ( Guild wars is the second best after Silkroad - my opinion only! ).

First ..there isn;t any games ( no matter what kinds of) that users ask for customer suports ..and no replays!
In any other games the proablems are fixed before the players posting 1xxxxx posts.
Joymax will have soon big proablems. They are alowing bots at will.
They will soon get some trials on they're heads ...u will se .
It's not even legal to offer a service (even it's a free one ) whithout having customer suport.

why are they not responding on tel , fax etc ? Cause they no it;s not legal. All we do is complain.We need to do something. I'll get back whit more info ..on where do we have to make complaints. This can't be allowed any more .
Plz ..i need you're suport in this and i hope i won;t get banned from this forum for posting this.
P.S. I a day or 2 i'll post more info on what we have to do ! I;m not sure of the informations i got right now !.

It's the reason most ppl will just move on to better games, and soon isro
will be just as empty as ksro is.
The only reason ppl don't seee the servers getting empty because they just
log in more goldbots.

15$ min for pt for 28 days is the same as Aion will be for a month...

For the ppl who waiting for 90 cap and beyond, was already there in ksro
it's no big deal.

As jm doing can anyone wonder most ppl just afk bot and come back to pvp only.
Guildwars cut out the grinding and based only on pvp, just didn't like it because
closed world system, alias not real mmo.

True i heard of that game , seen some videos ...it's much better then silkroad.(it will cost at least 15$/month + the 50 $ package game ).

I am from Romania ..an ex comunist country ( we switch to democracy like 20 years back ...).Here all people are running away from problems , avoid them .Seems , from what u say , it's like that everywhere.
True they could move to another game ...but why not try to solve the problems first ?

I like this game and will do all in my power to try and fix this illegal actions from Joymax.

EDIT i'm just sicked of joymax right now. If they can't hendle and profit from a very nice MMO then they should sell it and let ncsoft take care of it for example.

Man u seem to miss something.Well ofcourse they replyed to u cause i bought silk.
first of wall there shouldn't be problems when buying something ...there is here.
second i'm not gonna sue joimax , cause i don't have the money and time to fight them( i work in order to have money for my apartment rent and food ...and clothes etc.) but there are at least 2 people that i know that can . i hope they do , i really hope they do ...
U can solve not only by sues, theare other methods. there are institutes all over countries that protect people from this kind of problems .

And you want a game that doesn't reply to Customer Service, go try Gunbound, or even MS, and see what happens. Nothin is gonig to change, I don't understand why people won't get that into their head. It WONT. Seriously the amount of whiners and 10 year olds in this server is suprising...

Play Perfect World, one of the best service I saw in an mmorpg.

A game is considered dead when the influx of new players is less than the amount of old players leaving.

They don't answer because they get payed the same amount of money regardless of whatever goes on.

Why would they care about their costumers under that circumstance, I sure as hell wouldn't. That'd be too much work for no salary raise, commission, etc

Half the people here bitch about the game then after they're done posting they log on to play.
