Anyway to contact someone who can change isro?

Hey ive got quite a bit of complaints and im wondering is there a way to send a letter email picture to change isro and show them what its like in isro currently and suggest ways around problems such as bots and item gifting to have bots destroyed and item gifting functional even with ccf around ..... SO CAN ANYONE HERE HELP ME AT ALL?
