Has anyone else not been getting purification seeds since this bugged event started?

Yes I have the quest, Yes my gt is running, NO Im not getting seeds :banghead:

I think the drop rate is just lower for some reason my guildies aren't happy with the drop rate either.

3hours only 44 seed I think its pretty low drop rate
