It is "stupid" BUT
I reported allready this 2 or 3 times;

The silkroad bug report page:

1. The report should be as descripives as possible
>EX) After the language begins and the start bottom is pressed. a 'server connection error' error message appears and the launcher
2.Please copy the error message exactly and completely.
3. Go to the lower left [Start] Button then click the [Run] button and then finally type dxdiageinto the Window. A popup window will appear. In that window there will be a button on the button with a [Save all information] label, please click it. Once that is done this will save all information about your pc's status into a file. Open that file and copy all content within to the bottom of your report.

End of silkroad bug report webpage.

They write it wrong : It is " dxdiag "

Could some users from SRF report it aswell ?
I know it s not very important , but if users don't even have access to the right spelling for diagnostic, silkroad wo't go better.

joking.

It piss me off that they don't fix it, and i would be pleased if they get pissed off so much that they are forced to care...

basically he is saying that jm listed something wrong, "dxdiage" instead of 'dxdiag'...

so if someone tried to type in dxdiage with the run command... they wouldn't get anything...

they'll probably fix it eventually... just takes them a while to get things done when it's not a 'silk-related' issue.

This is not a small issue since probably some serious bug repots get ignored because people don`t send the DXDIAG information, this can sure help out a lot of people who are stuck in a certain map bug (the connect and instant disconnect bugs on certain map areas)

Joymax will not move you if you do not send them the dxdiag since they will assume its a hardware or software error on your side.

yea, looks like he is being requested by Joymax to provide them with a dxdiag report...maybe as a response to a bug report he made...seems to just be ranting joymax can't help him... :(

Thanks a lot for explaining ,
I apologize for my bad english, i do my best.

It's been a long time that i reported this, over 3 month.
I thought it take 3 second tho change the letter and 4 minutes to upload the new page , but i guess that i'm wrong.

Note : I would have replied faster , but i bookmarked this topic and for some reason the little orange thing telling me that someone write in the topic wasn't lighted on .
So i thought there wasn't ( it might be because i come on the forum from 2 different computers ? )

I will check my other bookmarks now :-)
