I believe you buy a ticket number and you get a chance of getting a nice gear or weapon. Such as a sox item. I don't know if we're getting it for 90 cap.

64+ makes it unfair.
Charge gold and people will just buy gold for it. In other words the guy that buys the most gold gets the best stuff once more.
