does it start on every hour? cuase im lvl 30 with +7 daggers and since realized that im good at it its all i wanna play but i dunno the times

every two hours from when the previous one started.

for ex: i live in Pacific time, and CTF just started (it's 1 o'clock here) so the next one is at 3, then 5,7,9 etc..

It happens always at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, ... o'clock GMT
(2, 4, 6, 8, ... o'clock GMT +1)

Actually the time to sign up happens 10 minutes before every ODD hour. So at 12:50, 2:50, 4:50, etc.

wierd thing is that it starts 1 minute early before it actually gets to "match started"
ex.
12:59, 2:59
