weird  how come some people can still log on? i always get "The server is underoing inspections or updates" and when i DO get a start button it will say "error , ?weird shit?" meh, is this only happening to dutchies atm ? or all of europe or so ?

I did discover that uruchi appeared twice at the same spot after inspections but I didn't find that enough proof.
