Ok, so the way I have my computer set up right now, is I am running Ubuntu Linux.
Now, I can run SRO under Wine in Linux, and it works perfectly fine. I also run Windows Vista in a virtual machine, which i can also run SRO.
SO here's my question... Would it be illegal to run two versions of SRO, not multiclienting, in Linux and in a virtual machine version of Windows Vista?

illegal or not, same result, 1 user 2 accounts... For me, it stands in the same side. U gain advantage and give ppl disadvantage (traffic) We judge a crime by its final end result, but not how it is done i.e U kill a person with a gun Action = shot with a gun Result = person dead
U kill a lion with a gun Action = shot with a gun Result = lion dead
As u see, all the judge care is the result. Result > Action

As u see, all the judge care is the result. Result > Action Your example fails. Of course the judge looks at the action. That's how he determines whether it is first, second, or third degree murder. Judges don't just go, "lol murderer die nao." Let's use what you said: U kill a person with a gun Action = shot with a gun Result = person dead Kill a person with a gun. Was it premeditated? Maybe someone was breaking into your house, took a gun out on you, shot at you, and you shot back and killed him. Are you going to face the same charges as someone who sat there for weeks and planned out every intricate detail in order to complete the act of killing someone? No. Now my reasoning. All I'm going to do is pfarm a new char with my old char. See, I could do it the illegal way and google up some multiclient. But I am legit so I'd rather do it this way, and I wanted to see what all your thoughts on it are. Now, back on topic.

On topic: even if u didnt do the illegal things but u caused the same result to the community; even if u have 40 computers but u dont play, take place in the server just for stalling, ppl wont be happy either and i dont give a shit about what u do, legal or not. In this world, there are ppl that try to find a hole in the law, the rule to bypass his bad actions. This kind of thought should be prohibit in the society :S

This is fine. There was a whole topic about this using Windows OS and running 2 sro using a virtual machine. The verdict on that topic was that it was fine. Same verdict here.
BTW: Too lazy to search for that topic

As u see, all the judge care is the result. Result > Action So if i had 5 computers, im not allowed to play all 5 at once?

The difference between this and shooting lions or people, nuclearsilo, is that there's no law or regulation against it. But i'm sure that's obvious now, as everyone's jumped in the for easy kill.

U can do what u want. But if u have 5 pc and u play, i wont bother to complain, but if u use it just to make 5 stalls and take server slots, i'd hate u more than a multiclient user who run only 2 clients.

But with the virtual machine if you can do it then i dont see why it would be "unlegit" since it is like having 2 comps

To be Completley Honest i see no proplem with this. Why? Becuase SRO "NEEDS!!!" Wine to be ran on linux. its technicaly not 3rd party software since it is apart of Most modern linux systems.
