crumpets dear, you know as well as all the others do, that us mods cannot
babysit every topic. sometimes a topic with a bot accusation slips our
attention, and sometimes, mostly at topics like this when a player gets
capped, we browse through the topic because we expect people to accuse
the topic starter. if you feel that we are not enforcing these rules well
enough, then you should consider helping us doing it by pressing the report
button next time you see somebody accuse somebody else of botting without
the sufficient proof, as in screenshots/movies/etc.

Then I can say a chinese with 7D set with full buff from euros can tank just as well?
