Anyone know why I get 100 party invites exp and item distribution while in Hotan?

If it annoys you do as someone i saw in the party matching: "Chinese "blah blah" "No i don't need a party xD" "level restriction 1-1" He's probably not the first with that idea but i think it's smart anyway.

in eldorado we have lvl 60 wizard goldbots who invite u in xp share:D

A full 4 man party gives a +10% exp/sp increase.
