What evryone says about this is crap look it is this way

I explain:
Ongs are lvl 34
u got like 6 people in party of lvl 20 25 24 26 27 17 and the plvler 81 in total 220 lvls then u do 220(People party lvl) / 7(People of the party)

220/7= 31.42 and ongs are lvl 34 so the sp is now @ the highest when u'r party lvl is higher then the monsters lvl u get sp and exp Penalty

yes lots of people dont know the 2x exp for party mobs.

Ex. Lvl 80 powerleveling at lvl 57 Sonars

Party
80
45
43
44
51
46
49
41

To find the average level take 80+45+43+44+51+46+49+41 = 399

Divide the 399 by the number of people in the party (8) = 49

49 is the average level of the party members.

If the average level (49) is lower than the monsters you are fighting (57) you get 2x EXP/SP when a party monster is killed.

So if your average level is 46, you will be getting the most exp that you can from those monsters.

49 is the average level of the party members.

If the average level (49) is lower than the monsters you are fighting (57) you get 2x EXP/SP when a party monster is killed.

The closer the average level of the party is to the monster you are killing, the more EXP/SP you get. So if your average level is 56, you will be getting the most exp that you can from those monsters.

Wrong on the last part. You get the most EXP when the average is 11 or 12 levels under the mob you are fighting.

Well... when I'm in party with my lv.83 plvler ... with my noob (lv.20) I get 500 sp per pt mob ... now when I fill the party with 2 lv.1 noobs ,I get 1700 sp per pt mob ... and every time I put another lv.1 noob in party, my sp increases by 200 ... so that makes something about 2200 sp per pt mob with filled party with lv.1 noobs.
