Yes, almost all mobs in rok have magical atack. I would wear it but need to farm subclass :banghead:

Hmm, rogue is full str. If you want robes you first need a sub allowing it.
I think a double set is best. For levelling on mobs like yetis, pegs, guards, a LA is better, if you go on mobs with huge magical damage robe is better (karas, Niya mages). On Roc LA is the best for the mobs combining magical and physical attks.
For PVP I would prefer robes because the highest damage comes from the wizzies and every bit of protection is important.

I wear robe's on my rogue/warlock as warlock takes alot of mana, it doesnt matter to much defense wise as dagger desprate lowers both mag and phy defense by drastic amounts, refer to this topic viewtopic.php?t=55184
