I've heard if the middle level of a party is (only) lower then the lvl of mobs the party is killing, the members will get double xp. Is this true?

I've also heard the more the middle level of a party is lower, the more xp they get. Is this true?

Does it matter how low ur middle party level is, or all it matters is it's lower then mobs?

The lower the average the better. It peaks at 10-11 levels below the mob's actual level.

Aha, so if the average lvl is 20 lvls lower, I'll get same xp as if it was 11 lvls lower? Sry for being a nab, but it's rly important to me.

You'll start to get less exp.

There is a barrier where you get double xp from party mobs compared to "normal"

Lets say you're doing chaser pt lvl85/87 mobs, average lvl of your party is 86.5, that's higher then the chaser(lvl85), but lower then the attacker(lvl87), you will notice you'll get twice as much xp from an attacker pt compared to a chaser pt.

The point where a party gets best is when the party hits an average lvl of 85.9 or below, the 85.9 still counts as being 85 rounded. This means you get good xp from both chasers AND attackers.

To give an indication of how much xp you get:
A party mob has 10x the HP of a normal mob
-Party average too high: you get 4x the xp compared to normal mob
-Party average same lvl or lower: you get 8x the xp compared to normal mob

It's a shame not many people actually know this, i see too many chaser party's in the party match which ask 85+ or even 87+ while it should be about 81+

I'll explain.

The best possible exp gained is from Mobs that are 11 levels above you.
When you have 9 gap, you get most exp / sp (Gap higher than 9, doesnt change anything).

This means, that you should fight mobs that are 20 levels exactly above your mastery.
Explanation
I'm lv.50, I have 9 gap - my masteries are at lv.41
I need to fight mobs that are 11 levels above me - meaning mobs lv.61
61 (mobs level) - 41 (your masteries) = 20.

About your level difference in party.
You, as I know, need to powerlevel at Ongs, so lets take example.
You have lv.90 bard that is powerleveling you, and a lv.22 nublet.
Ongs levels are 33 & 34.

Lv.90 (bard) + 22 (nublet) = 112.
112 / 2 (number of peeps in pt) = 56.

Meaning we need to add more nublets lv.1.
Lets add two of them (lv.1)
Lv.90 (bard) + lv.22(nublet) + lv.1 + lv.1 = 114
114 / 4 (number of peeps in pt) = 28.5

That makes enough to get your SP and XP increased more than double - because your avearge party level is lower than Ongs level, but noobs level up.
I usually kicked them at level 15, but since you have lv.90 powerleveler, I reccomend you to get 3 lowbies into party...

How? Ask a friend / buy a laptop.

About adding more nublets to party - the more you add them, the better exp/sp you gain.
It has been tested, and it works, but after 5th nublet, the SP gained will increase only by ~100.

Once again tip for chinese guys: When you go grinding, and you're sure you can handle party mobs,
invite lv.1 nublet into your party, and grind with him in party.
