Well i was wondering if there any guides on how to level effectively..
Through 1-30, As in a pure INT build, Or any build.

Just get the quickest to lvl30;
Powerlevel.
If you cannot afford powerlevel, or don't know a high-level, just keep grinding.

Useless answer BloodyBlade.
The fastest way to level to 30 would be with Pacheon, Fire, and Lightning.
Preferably garment and full strength.
Just keep the smallest gap possible and grind orange mobs with the best equip you can find/afford.
