I'm rather confused as of now about what debuffs go through holy spell. A few months ago, panic, bleed and stun went through holy spell. Now it seems only stun and bleed can? Can someone enlighten me about this matter?

Stun goes through it, it is meant this way. Bleed only goes through because of some bug, as it's in one of the debuff serieses (such a word exists?) that get blocked by holy spell. Oh, and petrify can go through it as well I think.

I see. I don't know if it's a bug, but I definitely like it and think it's more balanced this way. ;p

O.o, nice, didn't know that.

But, what about panic (from warlock's bind skills)?

I don't consider those to be debuffs, sorry. :P

Yep, I know. That's why I'm asking, as I'm not sure either and heard it's not working. I'm pretty sure it is, but let's wait for someone who's sure about it. :)

Offtopic: playing oblivion eh? I played FCOM so farking much I can't even read the word "oblivion" anywhere now. xD had nearly 250 mods installed :P

well they are debuffs... parry ratio and attack rating are very important, they're just like division (PR) and impotent (AR) but a "weaker" version

Just because you call an apple an orange doesn't change what it is ;D

Well, true but I don't think it's accurate to compare them with division and/or impotent, because division and impotent will reduce the total value (minimum and maximum of defenses/attacks), while the ratings will just decrease the chances of hitting it's maximal values, do you understand?
