How do I zoom out without using the mouse wheel (I don't have one)?

There is usually a portion on the trackpad (usually on the left or side side) that will function as a scroll wheel. Sometimes its marked on trackpad but it's possible that yours isn't. Or maybe you won't have one at all if your laptop is too dated.
