With my first build I sold all the drops I collected to NPC.
(due to limited space of my inventory)
With my second build I transformed all drops to elements, building up quite a pile,
tablets I stored at the Innkeeper, amour, garment, weapons I sold at a stall.
Now, at level 21, I collected two elixers too.

Now the discussion:
A. Make tablets, use the elixers, to pimp my staff & garment.
B. Sell everything and buy a x+ staff with some blues.

I think A is the hard way. B will be cheaper & quicker.
One problem: where to buy a new staff? Gutix Silvertaler mentioned in his (superb) guide he bought a 24 level staff. Didn't tell where, however. I didn't find any stall selling staves. Maybe outside Europe? At this level (21) I am stuc in Constantinopol, no ships, the Harbour manager kept saying.

So: What's clever to do? Any suggestion welcome.

There is a statue of atlas holding a large nephrite globe in the center of Constantinople. Click on him to teleport to samarkand. They sell lvl 24 wiz staffs there. You can't use it yet though, since you are lvl 21 still.

I'd say A is a good way, but not at your level. You don't get to keep your gear for very long before you can already switch for the next degree. So sell the elixiers and keep the elements for later.

@zwaz

@curvekiller
Sound strategy, pal.
Do I have to keep the level I, II elements too, or only the higher lvls?

They will be useful on higher levels aswell. So I'd keep them all. I'd suggest you to create tables if you have too many elements. Tablets are more sellable(I hope this word does exist;d).

I agree. Did some calculations. I fuse tablets and elements To Stones and sell them for 100.000 gold a pièce. Pretty business
