i want to put my items in the stall network but it doesn't ask me anymore if i want to register items in stall network.

You have to go to the new Consignment NPC's which are located in most of the cities.

i did but it doesn't say anything about me putting my items in stall network it just shows me items that are already in stall network

IIRC you got a topic in GD too but meh...When you talked to that consignment guy you get a window, on the left you see 3 buttons. Click on the 2nd button and you should be able to drag your items into the window that then shows.

Doesnt it get annoying answering the same question 20 times a day?

it does lol. but you get used to it... theres like 10k topics in QA section lol... and only about 200 real questions haha.
