what does a cumulated buff do?

Also how can you spawn giants quicker and what area/monster spawns giants often(lvl under 32 plz)

after a certain time u click on it and activate it and than u keep training until all the xp points it required are done..and somehow it gives u alot of xp the next day, (that is what happen to me)

scorpions but they are lvl 32.
