Is it 2:1 str/int or int/str, im going to be making a spearmen and I don't really know what I should do for my forces..So if someone could give me a good guide to follow or something that would begreat

Hybrid is mostly everything thats not Pure^^
If you are Int and accidently take a Str point after lvl up thats no Hybrid in my opinion...

To your spearman question... in cap 100 i would advise you to do a sword shield nuker... i think they r much more stronger and you can also play them better as hybrids than spearman

Here's the only hybrid spear guide a know off. And it's obviously a lot of str. Still an awesome guide tho for any heuskal user IMO.
