glaive:
dull
knockback
new spearthrow is really good apparently
fan storm = super magical defence for 15 seconds
3800 hp increase

bow:
knockback x 2
strong crits
darkness status
attack rating increase bird

bowers pwn this cap. but a glaiver played well can win.

I find it easier to grind as a glaiver if you have a good spot at aggressive mobs. Just keep using aoe attacks. But overall bow is better for pve. Lately bow is getting better for pvp but I would still recommend glaive.

Bow doesn't use mp pots at a rate as fast as glaive but you need to carry arrows.

If you are a casual player who plays a few hours a day max I would suggest bow since it usually levels faster but if you don't care about leveling speed either is fine.

I say go bow, fun u have distance in both PVE and PVP , and soloing xp is faster with bow. Monsters die before they reach you at lvl 30 and on going(same lvl monsters), its crits are like 3/5 shots u will get crit, its amazing.

Yes it's a no. Pure int bow is great for PvE. Sucks in PVP.
