I'll write a short description for you instead.
An academy consist of one 60+ person, he is called 'Guardian', he created the academy in the first place. Then there are two people above 40, those are called... Guardian Assistants if I remember correctly. Up to five people below 40 can join an academy at a time, those are Apprentices. When an apprentice is in an academy, every time he kills mobs, he will get points in his Cumulated Buff. These points can be farmed for 24 hours, after that you won't get anymore. When you think you have enough, and your guardian is online, you can click on this buff, and you'll get a question if you want to transfer it. If you click yes, your guardian will gain 20% of the points you got, the rest stays on you in the form of an Accumulated Buff. While this is active, you (and your guardian) gets 10% more exp/sp from killing mobs, but its amount decreases by 10 points after each kill.
When an apprentice reaches 40, he can graduate, which means he will leave the academy and get 2 million exp. The guardian gains 1 honor point for every level the apprentice spent in his academy, with the exception of apprentices who went there above 30; he gets no honor for those.
Short description, if I'm wrong or left out something someone correct me and blah blah. Hope I helped.
Very nice, with a couple of notes: If you joined the academy past a certain point you will get slightly less than 2 million - it's still enough to give you a boost to halfway to 41.
There's also a questionnaire that the apprentice has to fill out for rating the guardian, make sure they answer with a high rating or you get even less honor.
