My laptop runs it fine with 128 mb shared. SRO is more a RAM game so with just 1gig it might be a bit slow.

Intel graphics card which pulls memory = you can't leave sro running overnight or for very long periods of time. Aka, no overnight stalling after awhile. Reason is it will just pull on resources until your graphics crashes resulting in sro crashing. It's fine now with no traffic, but if traffic comes back, you're farked.

bs, my laptop runs fine overnight stalling, even for 2-3 days in a row before deciding to manually reboot it for its own sake

I had a desktop, would have the card crash daily due to lack of memory.

for memory problems run cleanmem... set it to run every 30-60 minutes and you're good to go
