 Post subject: Little question about adv elixir

I used adv elixir on my wpn to make it +6, if i try to use normal elixir again and fail, does the weapon go back to +0? Or does it go back to +1? Or do i lose the power of adv elixir?

It will go to +1, unless you destroy it obviously.
