Will they be 100% ? just +1 +2 +3 with lucky powder

he is asking if he uses lucky powder on a item that is already +1 or +2 or whatever, will the lucky powder will make it 100% a success enhancment from a +1 to a +2 or whatever + you have.

the answer is no. wven with lucky powder you can fail to have a successful enhancment. the thing is that the higher you go on the + the higher the probability it will fail.
