Under what circumstances can an SOS/SOM/SOSun weapon break during alchemy? I was under the assumption It couldnt if you were adding elixirs, it would just go back to +0. Is that correct?

However, my friend just informed me that there is a small chance your [SOS] weapon could break from a failed elixir... is that true?

Also, can failed stones break the SOS on something?

[Sry if these are noobish questions, but I dont want my 32+2 SOM to go to waste. :)] Thanks

There is a chance of your weapon breaking if you go +5 or higher without any immortal attribute.

and yea ur stats on your weapon/item might get lowered by using stones if u dont have immortal/steady

But it wont break the SOS [like make it go away right?]

Because on my SOM, it has NO immortal, NO astral... Im going to make it good, but I first want to know if there is any chance of it breaking with me failing at getting it to +4 so many times [or adding like... 7 blues]

Steady/immortal doesn't have anythign to do with using stones o_O

yes it is lol weapons cant break on stones only on elixirs,
and the astral is only for keeping the + at a minimum of 4.

Oh, yeah, I know how astral and the stones work, I just wanted to confirm what I had thought [which is SOS cant break on alchemy]
