Do wolfs change size at lvl 30

I know they do at lvl 40

No, the only level they grow is 40.

Though there was a topic where people argued about the wolf growing slightly at every level it gains, only that it almost wasn't noticable.

Am not sure about that last thing though, doesn't seem likely.

yea from lvl 1-40 it does grow slightly each lvl. hardly noticable unless 2 wolfs are standing right next to each other.

but the only big change is at 40 where its like a big scary wolf raawr

the wolf does grow a little bit after each level. but changes from a pup to an actual wolf at lvl 40. then it just keeps getting bigger.
