Auto-weapon switch macro; I don't know how to make one, but I'm sure there is a member that can make one.

I can create some kind of "shortcuts" on my keyboard like opening my MSN with one hit. I think i can make it switch bars to then, but im not sure how to get the weapon changing thing in it also. Ill experiment abit, but if someone can explain please do.

I just do it myself, it isn't that hard after a while... Anyways, isn't it illegal, like a 3rd party program?

thats actually a good idea but i did see the rod and sword on the floating bar maybe it was being clicked on, but it seamed to fast for that lol i could get it to do it with my game pad and the software it comes with but would be easier if it were on keyboard, i might have to see how playable doing this would be with my gamepad

Easy to do. Get a scripting program like Autoit or Autohotkey and figure it out I personally know an easy way to accomplish it but some super-legits may come blast the heck out of me for posting it. It only takes four or five lines of code.

lol, I can kinda see the argument for both sides, Its not botting or scamming, though it does give an advantage to the user.

The question is, exactly how big is the advantage A tiny macro that I use saves me approximately two keystrokes per use, but I never go into battle without it. Is that considered a bannable offense?

The weapons are on the floating hotbar. If your primary weapon is on the 1st float spot and your primary skills are on F1 and your alternates are on float 2 and F2, it's easy to make a macro that sends keypress events for F1, then keydown spacebar, keypress 1, keyup spacebar. AutoHotKey is all you need if you don't have a G15/G11. AutoHotKey is like a lite version of AutoIT and it's very easy to use.
And no, macros are not bots. And if using macros is against the rules then ban me... I buff with a macro because I'm lazy. It's not even a good macro because it usually isn't timed right and skips the last one. But at least that gives me time to crack my knuckles and take a drink. haha

or press space + corresponding number.
I keep my weapon on slot 9, switch to F2 then do whatever it is i have to do, click the slot 9 on F2 switch back to F1 and p0wn.
but, i know a friend that clicks a mob and then presses a button on his Gwhatever keyboard and it nukes for him, probably smarter than doing what i do... my numbers are crooked now... from bashing them for 2 years straight.
