Rogue Stealth?

hi, do i really need stealth extension?
because, you can also press Stealth again when it almost run out, and you wont be seen, right?
is it alright if i dont take Stealth Extension?

In that small time that you attempt to recast stealth, you can be seen, especially if you lag the moment you re cast it.
