c9 error on login

Post subject: c9 error on login

Location: USA!

i type in my login info, type the confirmation code, and than instead of the usual "cannot connect due to server traffic" or it letting me in, i get "can not connect to server(c9)" or something of that nature. can anyone give me a tip to fix it.?
