 Post subject: freezing problem help plz!

ok everything is ok.....the window comes up and i press start.Then that silkroad box comes up and stays there for like forever?!how do i fix this problem? :x

What OS are you running?

Make sure your GFX drivers are updated and you have the latest DirectX, even if you do, re-install it anyway.

To get the latest Direct X, CLICK HERE! *you will need to validate your OS to download from MS*
