I have a new one for you guys...I downloaded the game then installed it and when the window opens that has the options movies etc.. it closes..I click on the silkroad icon and nothing? I turned off firewall and anti virus stuff and nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing. I have a XPS 600 penti D 3.2 gig with dual SLI 7800 gtx video cards with 2 gigs of ram. I am behind a router if that has anything to do with it. Any ideas???? Please help!!

I can play any game on my computer..I play BF2,BF2142, CSS, MOH, you name it. I have never had a game that I couldn't play except this one. Like I said, when that window opens to update the game it closes and I can't get it to open again.

Thanks Limmy

One other reason could be the router itself. Are you sure you've set yourself a static IP and forwarded all the ports and port-ranges required by the game?
