OKay. i've been having some problems with my windows for a couple of months...and yes i did run multiple scans(Avast, AVG, A2, and any other spyware, adware, and malware programs out there!)and my 2 problems are 1 my shutdown box(Start>Shutdown) takes around 5 minutes to show up! thats not normal, now if i hit log off, it pops up within seconds(2 to 3) i dont think i did anything to make the shutdow box take forever to show up(been doin this for a couple of months or so) i've been having to use task manager and turn the pc off that way. My 2nd problem is my windows update dont work no more, the service is running and the setting is set to download and install on its own...but i dont ever see it down there no more(thought it tells u when its finished) and i've tryed every setting btw...and i've even tryed downloading off the website but i always get an error...i can give errror if needed. If anyone can help me it will be very helpful! thanks.
