 Post subject: PROBLEM!!! SOS

hey guys i used to have silkroad on my pc and then i formatted it, later i installed it again and it will never get past the part with the loading screen with ppl's head on it!! cant believe it. does anyone have help?

P.S I have a level 36 bowman on poisedon:P

Post a screenshot of this: Press start > run > type in "dxdiag" without the ". And tell me your operating system.

u cant post a screenshot, print screen sysreq it doesnt work for pasting it. Plus what do u mean by running systems? :banghead:

He doesnt mean a running system .. he said OPERATING SYSTEM like Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Me, Windows 98 / 95....

lol.. at least im glad ppl are paying attention to my problem and my operating system is windows xp pro sp2

Sounds like you need to update your video card drivers. Find out the manufacturer of your video card, go to their site and then download and install the appropriate drivers.
