Litnet is a part of GEANT network, which provides internet in many locations in Europe, so it may be that they banned Joymax name servers for their dns failures

Lawl, most issues with other ISPs have already been resolved so i don't really think that leftovers will be considered ever.

As i know LITNET network is 1 Of the Bigest internet network in Europe so i dont think its a leftovers.
All Litnet users cant connect to SRO game and its web site
