Two of my guild members got disconnected from SRO on Thursday night and since then when they try to reconnect to the game it tells them their account is already connected if you were disconnect please wait 5 minutes and try again.
They both have uninstalled and reinstalled SRO, one of them even had a very trusted guild member to try an log on with their account information and they also recieved the same error message saying this account is already connected if you were disconnected please wait 5 minutes and try again.
Granted they could just create another account and start from scratch but both have invested real money into SRO and have silk, running gold tickets, and a monkey on their accounts they are unable to log in with.
They both have submitted a bug report and haven't recieved a response and I'm posting here in hopes that either someone could help them or to see if anyone else is having the same problem.
I do aplogize if this has been posted before but I was unable to find anything about it when searching the forum in hopes to help them out.
Note: This is the exact error message they are getting....
Also as far as we can see they haven't been hacked because they can check their silk history thru the website and nothing is missing from their silk. Aslo I believe if they were hacked the pw and username would have been changed by now.[/img]
