Hi, I'm New Here

The pic in the top left is *Missing*. CPU Specs as follows

Code:

Windows XP SP 2
HP
Pentium4 3.20 GHz
512 MB RAM (Sad, I know)

Using DirectX 9.0b

Vid: ATI RADEON X300 Series

Is there some file I'm missing, or is my computer just not capable of showing the pic (I like the char template, don't be hatin)
