That tends to happen while they are doing updates...

Try it now. The website explains that it was taken down for a little while while the one was uploaded.

Not a good idea to muck around in the registry wo/ backup.

Reboot and tap F8 as the system is starting. Select "Safe Mode with Networking". Update Silkroad.

Modify HOSTS:
Open HOSTS File with notepad (C\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts)
Delete everything and change it to:
127.0.0.1 localhost
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.co.kr
64.152.34.142 joymaxnpro.nefficient.com

Then:
XP SP1:
1. In Control Panel, double-click Networking and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.
2. Right-click the connection on which you want to disable ICF, and then click Properties.
3. On the Advanced tab, click to clear the Protect my computer or network check box.

XP SP2:
1. Click Start, click Run, type Firewall.cpl, and then click OK.
2. On the General tab, click Off (not recommended), and then click OK.
