You played with the language settings?
That's all I can think of, sorry, never had this thing before.

Try restarting your computer, sometimes these little problems leave by themselves.

Try updating your graphics driver. It might have gotten messed up.

change your screen resolution from 1024x768( or whatever you use) to 800x600 and back again ingame and it should clear up until you close the client

still cant find a permanent solution -.- my graphics card is updated already

This has happened to me once before when the server was busy. Everything should go back to normal if you exit the game and log back in. If not, reboot and login again.
