Check what your screen resolution is in windows. Then go into Silkroad, then go to System, Options. Make sure the screen resolution matches.

Check what your font size is in windows. Go to your Desktop, right-click -> Properties, Settings, Advanced. It should either be Small Font (96) or Large Fonts (126 I think). Generally, Windows comes with it set to Small Fonts.
You can also try downloading the DirectX 9.0C End-User Runtime and updating your graphics drivers. In either scenario if it doesn't get fixed, that issue only affects your computer, not others. Other people viewing the stall should see it regular sized.
