I need help!!!

It says: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library

RunTime Error!

Program: ...s and settings\My Documents\Silkroad\sro_client.exe

This application has requested the RunTime to terminate it in an unusual way. Plese contact the application's support team for more information.

What do I do i cant play???? :banghead: :?
